on How to Correct Your Workout Mistakes

Having a personal trainer and going to the gyms may be great ways to lose weight, but there are things you need to watch out for or else all your hard work is wasted.  Here’s a 5 point checklist:

#1.  People don’t know how to maximize their Park Slope gyms.  They need to be educated on how to use the machines in a circuit, and how to do each exercise correctly.  Generally women don’t even use the machines or free weights because they fear gaining muscles and looking like a man.

#5.  Most people are too tired or busy to try to figure out how many calories they consumed by the end of the day, or what kind of workout to try next week.
A regular person with a life and family is not going to be able to know the difference between low-calorie, low-carb, or low-fat; all the contradictory suggestions are just plain confusing.
