Hotel Room Workout

Alright, So you know you’re going to be away and you’re afraid of what’s going to happen to your workout routine. Never fear, because Aja is here to save the day. Below you’ll find the perfect Hotel Room workout. This workout doesn’t require any equipment and only takes up a small bit of space.

Circuit 1 – Warm-up 30 each, 3 sets

Jumping Jacks
Mountain Climbers
Power Squats

Circuit 2 – 10 reps, 5 sets

Push-ups
Tuck Jumps
Cross Body Mountain Climbers (15 each leg)

Circuit 3 – 15 reps, 3 sets

Chair Dip
Split Jump Lunge
In-Outs

Circuit 4 – 2 rounds

Burpees – 15
Crunch – 30
Flutter Kicks – 30 ea leg
