My challenge to you. Beat my time of 17:31.

CRAZY 8’S: Do 8 reps of each exercise 8 times
1. Jumping jacks
2. Ski downs
3. Squats
4. Power Squats
5. Push-ups
6. Tuck Jumps (or Front kick with squat for modification)
7. V Sit ups
8. MOBS
